|Recommended: YesIdeal location and my apt home is perfect — This is a quiet pleasant community to live within. My apt home is upscale and laid out very well. The surrounding grounds are beautiful too. Employee pride is very evident. The leasing specialists are very professional while being patient of their time when you call on them. The maintenance staff are very attentive and even the 3rd party contractors like the hired landscapers such as working together and doing a phenomenal job clearing 8 inches of wet snow including clearing snow between parked cars

|Recommended: YesWell kept and quiet — The rent prices are very competitive for what you get here, compared to other properties. The apartments are big, nicely remodeled and the property is well kept up. It is not perfect though, the clubhouse area could be better. The gym is too small and the pool area is not that nice compared to other properties in the area. Overall, I have enjoyed living here.
